our story
My interest in tree work began at the young age of fifteen. My oldest brother and I would spend long hours splitting firewood for his wood-burning stove. I learned as much as I could from my father-in-law, who had worked as a logger and tree professional for over 40 years. After several years of training, I decided to branch out on my own and start my own tree company in Louisville, Kentucky.

We continue to grow year after year, serving a clientele of over 1,000 satisfied customers who trust us and return for our services. We proudly hold an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, an A rating on Angie’s List, and a five-star rating on Yellow Pages.
My future plans are to continue expanding the business and eventually pass it on to my son, Michael, who represents the fourth generation of tree trimmers in our family.
We deeply appreciate our loyal customers for supporting us over the past 30 years. We look forward to continuing to provide exceptional service as we grow and move forward into the future.

I purchased my first piece of equipment: a small pickup truck and a 6x10 trailer, which I used to haul brush and wood. After saving for several months, I was able to buy my first chip truck and a 90XP Bandit chipper. In 1999, I expanded my business further by purchasing my first wood splitter and starting my own firewood business. During my first year, I sold 40 ricks of firewood. Today, I sell over 100 ricks annually. Our firewood consists entirely of hardwoods, including oak, ash, hickory, hard maple, and cherry.

As our company grows we will continue our commitment to excellence by providing our customers with quality tree care and sound arboricultural advice.
